MM Compound sweatshirts recalled
- March 26, 2009 3:44 PM
- By Peter Hadzipetros
MM Compound has recalled about 2,200 hooded fleece sweatshirts because they pose a strangulation hazard, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
No injuries have been reported.
The boys hooded fleece sweatshirts have style number M47610315 and style name “ID” printed along with the RN# 120953 located on the country of origin and care label sewn in the centre back neck. They were sold in sizes S-XL and are either black or white.
Consumers should remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard or return them to the retailer or MM Compound for a full refund.
Consumers can reach the company at (877)-685-4742 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.
