Toys R Us and Sears have recalled nearly 3,900 Little Moose Mountain First Foot Forward 8-in-1 Convertible Rockers because one of the eight configurations is a baby walker, and walkers have been banned in Canada since 2004.
Children in baby walkers face hazards that only exist because the child is supported by the walker. Children in walkers can also fall down stairs.
The products, made by Moose Mountain Toymakers, were sold at Toys R Us with the model number 9035 and SKU number 407283. The products sold at Sears have Sears item number 20801 and manufacturing (MFG) number 9035MB.
They were sold between January 2008 and March 2009.
Consumers should stop using the products and return them to the retailer for a refund.
There have been no reports of incidents related to these devices.
