Tony Hawks boy's pajama sets recalled due to risk of burns

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Mad Dog Concepts are voluntarily recalling Tony Hawks boy's pajama sets because the sleepwear fails to meet the federal flammability standard and poses a risk of burn injury.

No incidents or injuries have been reported.

The recall involves the following skateboard-themed boy's pajama sets: "Boards Estate" (item number TH005LSB), "Heathen Skull" (item number TH006BSB), "Backspray" (item number TH007GSB) and "Stix Jester" (item number TH008RSB). The name of the product and item number are sewn in the neck and pants. The items were sold in sizes 4 to 14.

The pajamas, manufactured in Cambodia, were sold at Kohl's Department Stores across the U.S. from September through October 2008.

Consumers are urged to stop using the recalled pajamas immediately and contact the firm for instructions on obtaining a full refund. They can call Mad Dog Concepts toll-free at (888) 623-3640 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
