Phil & Teds Dash Buggy strollers recalled for fall danger

About 1,600 Phil & Teds Dash Buggy strollers are being recalled in the U.S. because the frame handle might fail to latch, creating a fall hazard to children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday.

The recall affects strollers with the article #7-1080005 (red) and article #7-10080005 (black) sold in U.S. stores and online from July 2008 through September 2008 for between $500 and $600 US.

No related incidents or injuries have been reported.

The strollers were made in China.

Caregivers should stop using the products and contact the company for a replacement frame.
