Feather Witch costume recalled in Canada

Health Canada on Tuesday announced a recall of Feather Witch costumes because they failed to meet flammability standards.
The recall affects costumes with a UPC code 023168187604 sold from January 2007 to October 2008 in Ontario and Quebec.
No associated incidents or injuries have been reported.
Caregivers are advised to dispose of the costumes and contact the distributor Fun World Div. of New York.
The costumes were made in China.
