Taggies Sleep'n Play baby clothes withdrawn for choking hazard

New York-based Rashti & Rashti is recalling 6,200 Taggies Sleep'n Play coveralls because the snaps on products may detach, creating a choking danger to children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Tuesday.

No associated incidents or injuries have been reported.

The recall affects coveralls with the product number RN #27829, and the following style numbers:


  • T21301H.
  • T21302H.
  • T21301H.
  • T20816H.
  • T20817H.
  • T20818H.

The coveralls, which were made in China, were sold in U.S. stores and through online retailers from June 2007 through May 2008 for about $20.

Caregivers should stop using the coveralls and contact the company for a refund.
