Log swings pulled for fall hazard
Wednesday, June 4, 2008 | 02:14 PM ET
Florida-based Far East Brokers and Consultants is recalling about 750 Log Swings because the backs of the seats may separate during use, posing a fall danger to users, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Tuesday.
The company has learned of six related incidents, including three minor injuries.
The swings were sold in U.S. stores from February 2008 through May 2008 for about $150 US. The swings were manufactured in China.
Consumers should stop using the swings and return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
