Playworld swing sets recalled from marketplace

Pennsylvania-based Playworld Systems Inc. is recalling about 17,300 swing sets because the swings may detach, posing a fall danger to the user, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Tuesday.

No associated injuries or incidents have been reported.

The recall affects swing sets sold in the U.S. from January 2007 through February 2008 for between $770 US and $3,100. Consumers should check the company's website for a full list of recalled models.

The swing sets were manufactured in the U.S.

Consumers should remove the swing from the swing set and contact the company for a repair kit.
