Florida-based Kids Station Toys is recalling about one million Little Tikes Chin 'N Chat cellphones because parts on the toys may detach, creating a choking danger to children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday.
The company has learned of three associated incidents.
The recall affects the toys with the following model numbers:
- KSL4010.
- KSL8032.
- KSL8033.
- KSL8051.
The toys were sold in U.S. stores from June 2006 through March 2008 for $8 if purchased individually or $20 as part of a set.
The phones were manufactured in China.
Caregivers should take the toys away from children and contact the company for a replacement.
