Hooded sweatshirts recalled for strangulation danger
- May 29, 2008 9:00 AM

Adio Footwear is recalling about 300 hooded fleece sweatshirts because the garments are threaded with a drawstring through the hood, possibly posing a strangulation hazard to children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday.
The recall affects the Champ Custom sweatshirt, style # 40305.HZB, sold in Tilly's and Bob's stores in the U.S. from October 2007 through December 2007 for about $40 US.
The sweatshirts were made in China.
No associated injuries have been reported.
Consumers should return the drawstrings from the garments and return them to the retailer for a refund.
