Dora the Explorer pajamas recalled

Parents are being warned not to let their children wear Dora the Explorer short-sleeve, two-piece pajamas because the sleeve opening is too large and doesn't conform to Canadian flammability regulations.

If a child is too close to a flame, the sleeve could catch fire, Montreal-based importer Adorable Kids Inc. said in a news release issued Thursday.

About 300 pairs of pajamas have been sold in Canada through Sears Canada retail outlets. The pajamas can be identified by their white top designed with a Dora print and light pink pant. The style number on the main label reads 8Y120B. The clothing, in sizes 2, 3, and 3X, was made in India.

Consumers are urged to contact Adorable Kids for a refund at 1-866 593-1717 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
