Chair leg could break

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled about 800 Rio Beach High-Boy folding chairs because the rear leg may break.

The company has received one report of such an incident, resulting in minor bruises.

The chairs have aluminum tubing frames, striped or solid-colour fabric slings, and wood arms with a cellphone pocket. “Rio Beach High-Boy,” the UPC number and the model number are on the hand tag and on a sticker on the rear leg.

The model numbers and UPCs of the recalled items can be found on the Rio Brands website.

The chairs were sold in 15 states from January through March for $40 to $50 each.
