Baja ATVs recalled for injury risk
- November 21, 2007 3:55 PM
- By Peter Hadzipetros
About 16,000 Baja ATVs are being recalled in the U.S. because they lack tire pressure gauges and flagpole mounting brackets, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday.
The recall applies to Baja 90, Baja Wilderness 90 and Baja Wilderness 90u ATVs sold in the U.S. from November 2004 through July 2007 for about $1,000 US each.
No injuries have been reported to the company.
Consumers should stop using the vehicles and contact Baja Motorsports for a free tire pressure gauge and flagpole mounting bracket.
