Boston-based Life is Good Inc. is recalling its Zippity Hoodie and Sherpa Full Zip children's sweatshirts because they pose a strangulation hazard to children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday.
The recall applies to about 400 sweatshirts with the style codes GHZCOLL and GHZBASH sold in Massachusetts and Arizona stores from July 2007 through August 2007 for between $40 and $50 US each.
No injuries have been reported.
Consumers should remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts and contact the company for refunds.
