Can of formula was tampered with

Flour may have been inserted into a can of Nestlé Canada infant formula found in Kingston, Ont., the Canadian Food Inspection Agency advises.
The can of Nestlé Good Start Iron Fortified formula had an opening cut on one side and contained a powder which appears to be flour. The opening was concealed by the label, the agency said Friday.
Consumers are advised to check under the label of formula cans for signs of tampering. The CFIA is investigating and police have been advised.
The tampered can came from the Wal-Mart on Midland Avenue in Kingston.
No one has been hurt.
For more information, consumers can call the CFIA at 1-800-442-2342 or Nestlé Canada Inc. at 1-800-387-5536.
