G & W Industries is recalling about 1,800 toddler pants sets because a zipper pull can detach, putting children in danger of a choking, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday.
The company has received one report of a zipper pull coming loose. No injuries have been reported.
The recall involves the Little Lass pant sets in sizes 2T, 3T and 4T.
The pant sets were sold at Meijer stores across the U.S. from October 2006 through December 2006 for about $20 US.
Consumers should return the pant sets to the retailer for a refund.
