- January 23, 2007 2:03 PM
- By Peter Hadzipetros
Arctic Cat is recalling about two all-terrain vehicles, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Tuesday.
Components on the vehicles may not have been tightened properly, which could result in steering control problems.
The company has not received any incident or injury reports.
The recall involves the following vehicles:
· The 2007 model 90cc DVX youth model, with VIN range between RFB07ATV07K6F0243 through RFB07ATVX7K6F0752.
· The 90cc utility youth model, with VIN range of RFB07ATV07K6D1367 through RFB07ATVX7K6D2400.
The vehicles were sold at Arctic Cat dealerships across the U.S. from August 2006 through January 2007 for about $2,200 US each.
Consumers should stop using these ATVs and contact their local dealers for a repair.
