Cariboo baby changing tables recalled due to fall hazard
- October 13, 2006 2:18 PM
- By Peter Hadzipetros
Scandinavian Child is recalling about 90 folding changing tables and 40 of its bassinet changers, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Friday.
The commission said if the zipper is misaligned, the cloth surface may separate, presenting a fall hazard.
The company has received one incident report but no injuries have been reported.
The products were sold in stores and through online merchants from September 2005 through September 2006.
Consumers should stop using the changing tables and contact the company for a replacement.
