Syratech has received two reports of the sprinkler cracking under water pressure, causing pieces to break off and fly into the air. No incidents of injuries have been reported.
Company information: Consumers can contact Syratech at (800) 471-3986 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
