ITT Water Technology Inc. pumps for fire suppression systems

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of faulty pumps for fire suppression manufactured by ITT Water Technology. A mechanical piece on the pumps was not properly tightened, which can cause pump failure. No injuries have been reported.
