The family of Canadian skier Nik Zoricic says it will not launch a lawsuit if the authorities launch a full, comprehensive and independent inquiry into the circumstances surrounding his death at a World Cup race in March. Zoricic sustained fatal head injuries when he fell into safety netting after landing wide right off a jump approaching the finish line at the skicross race in Grindelwald, Switzerland. Tonight we'll talk to Zoricic's mother about how the family is coping, and their demands for a further investigation. And we're also looking into extreme sports and asking whether they're doing enough to keep athletes safe.

Plus, a Prince Rupert teacher has been told a quote from Dr. Seuss' Yertle the Turtle is too political and shouldn't be anywhere near the classroom. She was bringing the quote - "I know up on top you are seeing great sights, but down here on the bottom, we too should have rights" - to a meeting with management. Political materials were banned from classrooms in the province last year. And the school's acting director of instruction said that Seuss quote fits that mould. So just how bitter has the fight become between teachers and the province that Dr. Seuss is caught in the middle? Mark is on assignment this week and Rosemary Barton is hosting.
