Another day of dramatic testimony at the Tori Stafford murder trial. On the stand, Terri-Lynne McClintic insisted she dealt the fatal blow to 8-year-old Tori, contradicting a statement she gave to police in 2009 in which she says blames Michael Rafferty killed the girl. Rafferty, her ex-boyfriend, is on trial for first degree murder. Tonight, we'll have the latest from the courthouse. And, after a week of sometimes-sickening testimony, we ask: does the public really need to know? We'll speak Tim Danson, the lawyer who represented the families of Kristen French and Leslie Mahaffy during the Paul Bernardo trial.

Plus - a former Rutgers University student accused of using a webcam to spy on his gay roommate's love life was convicted of invasion of privacy and anti-gay intimidation. It's a case that exploded into the headlines when the victim killed himself by jumping off a bridge. We'll have reaction to the verdict tonight.

And - the story of a mother's quest to fulfill her young son's dying wish. Zach Hamilton loved Elmo - and his mother, Heather, promised to get Elmo to say Zack's name. The Muppeteer behind Elmo, Kevin Clash recorded a special message about Zach, to be shown at a fundraiser this weekend.
