Inside Foxconn, Gary Carter & Black History Month
People are in love with their apple gadgets; iPods, iPhones, iPads. But, have you ever wondered where or how those precious products are made? Well, one American travelled all the way to China to see the working conditions at the Foxconn factory where the Apple products are made. He turned what he learned into a one man play in New York.
And, some sad news tonight that's going to hit a lot of Canadian sports fans hard. Gary Carter died of brain cancer. His time with the Montreal Expos made him one of the biggest baseball stars in Canada. Tonight, Mark talks with the famed Expos broadcaster Dave Van Horne about Carter's impact.
Plus, February is Black History Month. But not everyone thinks that's as a good thing. In fact - African-American documentary filmmaker Shukree Hassan Tilghman says it's time to end black history month. It's the subject of his documentary, 'More than a Month'. We'll talk to him tonight.
