The U.S. spends more money on its military than any other country in the world. But now it's cutting back. Plus, a controversial pilot project in Vancouver is putting crack pipes in the hands of crack users. It's all part of an initiative to stop the spread of disease. Tonight we'll talk to a crack user.

And, an update on a story we brought you last year: a homeless man - and his golden voice - discovered on the streets of Columbus, Ohio.
