Tonight we'll bring you the latest from Oslo, Norway. A witness who was in New York for 9/11 tells us what it felt like in Norway today. And it's a country famous for peace, so why was Norway the target of an attack?

Plus, Canada's crime rate is falling to levels we haven't seen in almost 40 years. Meanwhile, the government continues to forge ahead with legislation that would put more Canadians behind bars for longer periods of time. So with falling crime rates, why is Canada getting tough on crime?

And Edison Pena was one of 33 miners trapped in a Chilean mine. Tonight he takes us back inside the mine where he spent 69 days waiting to be rescued.

That's tonight at 8 p.m. ET on CBC NN.
