Baby Doc returns to Haiti and the saddest day of the year
"Baby Doc" is back in Haiti. The former Haitian dictator, Jean-Claude Duvalier, says he's returned home after 25 years in exile to help rebuild the country. His homecoming has drawn a mixed reaction, from angry opponents to cheering supporters. Tonight, who is "Baby Doc" and what was Haiti really like under his rule.
