Haiti, food recalls and Toyota
It's been almost two months since the 7.0 earthquake rocked Haiti and the message coming from Haiti's top office? We don't need food aid; we can stand on our own two feet. So how do Haitians feel about that message? Let's just say it's not one-sided.
Also, how long is too long to wait in the ER? One woman waited four days. The cost? Her life. We'll tell you more about that story and the outrage that followed.
And take note, because we may be in the midst of the biggest food recall in history. A widely used food additive has tested positive for salmonella. So the question is, just how far spread is the contamination?
And you can't talk recall without talking Toyota. Tonight we'll tell you what to do if your Toyota becomes a runaway.
Tune in tonight at 8 p.m. ET on CBC NN.
