Imperfect Health
The Canadian Centre for Architecture is launching a new book called Imperfect Health: The Medicalization of Architecture.
That is also the name of an exhibition that is on at the centre right now.

Is design an issue of public health?
In the last decade, public health officials have become increasingly concerned with issues we used to think of as the domain of architects and urban designers.
Montreal's Public Health department has started to weigh in on issues such as building materials and street design.
