Chilly Beach is the world’s least successful resort town, and home to some of the most ‘Canadian’ folks you’ll meet. From Dale the Zamboni driver to Jacques LaRock - one-time twelfth greatest NHL goalie and current poutine chef - this gang is putting the‘Eh’ back in Canadian.
