In what has now become a biannual tradition (approaching summer and before Christmas) Cross Country Checkup invites listeners to call in with their suggestions on what makes a good read. Classics, new novels, non-fiction -- anything in print is fair game. After the show we prepare a list of all the suggestions discussed by Rex, guests and callers.
