Snowy Owls in Newfoundland

If you've ever spied a snowy owl you are lucky, usually only a handful migrate to this province yearly. But not this year. This winter, large parts of North America are experiencing what's being called the Arctic Invasion. This province has reported record numbers of the bird, mostly on the Avalon.

Jared Clarke is a bird lover and bird watching guide who has been tracking the snowy owl and the reasons behind the influx.
