Blog Replay: Toronto wins bid for Pan American Games

Friday was a big day for amateur sport in Canada. Toronto was tapped as the host city for the 2015 Pan American Games on the first ballot of the deciding vote in Guadalajara, Mexico, beating Lima, Peru, and Bogota, Colombia.

CBC Sports' Scott Russell discusssed the implications of the result during our special live blog about Toronto's winning bid, and what it means for the city's chances to host the Summer Olympics.
