Brison poses for nude calendar

The Kings-Hants MP has stripped down for a nude calendar to raise money for the fight against prostate and ovarian cancer.

Brison recently posed for "What Men Are Made Of," a calendar produced by the Women of Wolfville, a Nova Scotia theatre group.
But people who buy the calendar won't get to see too much of Brison. In the photo, he's standing behind a fridge door.
"You can see his right flank," said Wendy Elliot, who took the picture.
Elliot said Brison, who spends an hour in the gym every day, looks pretty buff in the picture, but she wouldn't say whether she saw him naked.
Brison described the shoot as a cool experience.
"It was chilling, given that I was standing in front of a refrigerator for about 15 or 20 minutes," he said.
Elliot asked Brison to pose in front of a fridge because he started out his business career renting small fridges to university students.
Brison said he decided to expose himself for the calendar because of the cause.
"My father's had prostate cancer," he said. "I mean, every family's touched by it. I will do whatever I can to support efforts to fight cancer."
The Women of Wolfville have high hopes for this calendar. Last year, they produced a calendar called "Bodies Without Borders," full of pictures of nude Wolfville women, which raised $12,000.
The latest calendar should be available next Wednesday and will sell for $20.
If it sells out, the group will raise $30,000 for the two cancer charities.
"There's certainly a bit of naked ambition for a good cause," said Brison.
