The Four Neighbourhoods Community Health Centre is dissolving after the two doctors working there decided to move their practices.
The site was once touted by government as collaborative model of care, where health professionals would work together to treat the many needs of patients.
Details are still being worked out, manager Lisa Shaffer told CBC, but the centre will be shut down likely within a couple of months.
Nurses, a dietitian and a community wellness person also work out of the location. The doctors have moved to a nearby clinic and the province is still trying to find a new location for other services. Provincial officials said patients will not be left without care.
