Ontario Progressive Conservative Leader John Tory says he isn't dismayed by polls suggesting his party is likely to finish second to the Liberals in the provincial election on Wednesday.
Tory was campaigning Monday morning at a long-term care hospital in Toronto with the election only two days away.
He said he expects people to reconsider how they'll vote as they get together with their families over Thanksgiving dinner.
After meeting with veterans at Sunnybrook Hospital, Tory said his party is the one most concerned about seniors and long-term care.
He said voters just need to look at his extensive public service record prior to entering politics to see that he has a higher standard of integrity than his rivals.
Tory thanked the veterans for their contributions to making Ontario great, adding Ontario deserves a leader who will defend and protect the things the veterans fought to preserve.
