Poll shows NDP leading in election campaign

A new poll released on Tuesday had the New Democratic Party leading in the Nova Scotia election campaign.

The poll showed the NDP leading with 37 per cent, the Liberal Party at 31 per cent and the Progressive Conservative Party at 28 per cent. About three per cent of those surveyed supported the Green Party.

Corporate Research Associates surveyed approximately 627 people for the poll from May 7 to 16.

About 17 per cent of participants indicated they were undecided on how they’ll vote in the provincial election June 9.

The poll’s margin of error is 3.9 per cent, 95 times out of 100.
