Danny Williams took his campaign to the backyard of Newfoundland and Labrador's Liberal leader again on Wednesday, vowing to unseat Gerry Reid.
For the second time in the campaign leading to the Oct. 9 election, Williams and the Progressive Conservative campaign rolled through the Isles of Notre Dame district.

Twillingate is hard-core Liberal country, but Williams heard plenty of suggestions that may change.
"No doubt about it, it's a Liberal district, but just take a ride around town and see all the PC signs up," a voter told Williams while he was campaigning.
"Yeah, she's swinging, you can feel it," Williams said.
Reid has held the district, known until this election as Twillingate and Fogo, for 11 years. The PCs have not had success in the area since 1989, in the former district of Fogo.
Tory candidate Derrick Dalley said he has been helped by the fact Reid has been on the road with the Liberal campaign.
"Certainly he's not around. But I hear that as I go door to door, that he hasn't been around much," said Dalley, who lost to Reid in the 2003 election by 607 votes.
"But like I tell people, it's not about Gerry Reid in this campaign. It's about us as a government and what we can offer here in the district."
The governing PCs held 34 seats in the house of assembly when it was dissolved in September. The Liberals held 11 seats, the NDP held one and there were two vacant seats.
