Camelot Trivia Contest ("Contest")
October 31 at 11:30 AM EDT – November 11, 2011 11:00 AM EDT 2011 (“Contest Period”)

1. TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, visit www.cbc.ca/camelot (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and answer the Camelot trivia question You must select the correct answer from the drop-down-box, fill in all fields under “personal details” on the Website (email address, phone number, and postal address), agree to rules and click submit.

To be valid all entries must be received by 11:00 AM EDT on November 11, 2011.

Each question released at 11:30 AM EDT will available on the Website for 23.5 hours; expiring from 11:00 AM EDT the next day.

Limit of one entry per person per question per day.

Entry forms become the property of CBC and will not be returned to contestants.

No purchase required.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entering the Contest. Employees of CBC, and its affiliates, as well as employees’ immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof with them are not eligible to enter this Contest.

3. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES

On November 16, 2011 CBC will conduct one random draw. The draw will be made from all eligible entries received for each multiple choice question for each day during the Contest Period.. The first selected contestant for each draw who answers the mandatory mathematical skill testing question for each draw shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting to all the conditions described in these rules.

You may one win only one prize during the Contest Period. If the same name is selected on a subsequent draw CBC will discard and redraw.

Winners will be contacted by email, following the draw and should claim their prize as instructed by CBC by no later than 48 hours after the date they were initially contacted. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new draw will be held.

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE

Each winner will receive a copy of Camelot – the complete series 1 on DVD.

Each prize has a value of $74.99

The total value of the prizes is $749.90

5. GENERAL RULES

5.1 To be declared a winner, the contestant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

5.2 Winners shall agree, if necessary, to have their name and/or picture, including their photograph, and/or their voices used for advertising purposes related to this Contest, free of charge.

5.3 Winners shall sign a document attesting to their eligibility as stipulated in paragraph 2 of these rules and releasing CBC, its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.

5.4 The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.

5.5 If the prize is no longer available, CBC, its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.

5.6 Refusal to accept the prize releases CBC, its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of any liability and obligation toward the winner.

5.7 Should any participant make any false statement, he/she shall be automatically disqualified from the Contest. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries.

5.8 CBC, its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake.

5.9 CBC, its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this Contest

5.10 All personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age is collected solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, all participants consent to it being used for the stated purposes.

5.11 By entering this Contest, all participants agree to abide by the Contest rules, which shall be applied by the CBC, including any amendment. All its decisions are final.
