For thirty years, Ron Barge was a comforting and familiar figure to Calgary children. Every noon hour, he appeared on television wearing a battered cowboy hat and shirt alongside his sidekicks, Benny the Bear and Clyde the Owl.

He was Buckshot - the star of CFCN's Buckshot Show. The show went off the air in the late nineties, but Ron Barge never left Calgary. And he is still working as an entertainer.
