While lovers all over the world are celebrating romance today, florists are busy pruning roses, making floral arrangements and delivering bouquets of love. The CBC's Peter Tardif headed to a flower shop in Quebec City and met up with retired florist Madeleine Roy who can't enough of Valentine's Day.
