Anne Stillman McCormick's legacy in the Mauricie
In 1936, Anne Stillman McCormick gave the Classique Internationale de canots de la Mauricie - the annual world calibre marathon canoe race - a generous scholarship to keep the sport afloat. At its 80th edition this past weekend, in the presence of some of her grandchilden, McCormick was inducted into the race's Hall of Fame. Jacquie spoke with McCormick's grandaughter Sharee Stillman Brookhart and biographer Louise Lacousière about the McCormick legacy in the Mauricie.
