A Celtic twist to French cuisine in the Laurentians
Two years ago, Jenny and Craig Millar moved to Lac Superieur, near Mont Tremblant, where they have the Plumes et Glisse B&B. It's a so-called repais champetre -- a dinner B&B, and Jenny's cooking has gained much word-of-mouth praise. Hailing from Belfast, Ireland, where she ran four top-notch restaurants, Jenny has transferred those skills and tastes to the Laurentians. Jacquie met her over scones -- and snowflakes.
