Downton Abbey coming to Radio-Canada

The success of the British TV series Downton Abbey caught the attention of Radio-Canada, and the dubbed French version begins tomorrow night on the main network. Jacquie spoke with Louise Lantagne, the director of programming for Radio-Canada, about how the ever-so-British saga works en français. And then a true Canadian connection to the fictional series: How a Townships railway led to the near downfall of Downton. Bishop's Professor Emeritus Derek Booth joined Jacquie to talk about the railways of southern Quebec - one of which, of course, was the Grand Trunk Railroad.
