Emmanuel United Church in the running for Historia contest

Saving a church in East Angus, one vote at a time. One Townships community is calling on anglophones in the region to help keep the century-old Emmanuel United from fading into history as part of Historia TV's "Sauvez un bâtiment de chez vous" contest.

Sonya Dougherty, who works with the town of East Angus and Derek Heatherington, who teaches at Champlain College in Lennoxville share the reasons why they want to help save the church.
