Quebec City's Melvis & The Jive Cats

Melanie Lalancette, originally from the Saguenay, has a growing following of fans across the province who are dancing to her vintage-styled music from the 50's, à la Perkins and Presley. She's the lead singer of Melvis & The Jive Cats. The band's first EP has just been released and Jacquie spoke to Melanie Lalancette about what it is about jukeboxes and jiving that seems to have struck a chord in Quebec.
