Emile-Claire Barlow's foray into français
Toronto songstress and arranger Emilie-Claire Barlow's long love affair with Quebec, and vice-versa, has lead to a ninth studio album, tout en français. On "Seule ce Soir," Emilie-Claire takes some of the classics of France, and makes them very much her own. Jacquie spoke with Emilie-Claire Barlow about how even her first name helped spell out her destiny in this province.
