• Has a full featured e-commerce site where Canadians can securely buy books online
• E-Ecommerce site serves the national Canadian market, not just local markets
• Has an affiliate network or partners with an affiliate network that CBC can be a member of
• Has an API for that affiliate network that CBC can connect its multi-retailer buy button into
• Pays affiliates for purchases made through referrals at a market competitive percentage rate
• Is a Canadian business in good standing or a business that serves the Canadian national market and is in good standing
