There's definitely no shortage of cuisine française from la belle province. All in a Weekend host Sonali Karnick spoke with Jonathan Cheung to discover crème de la crème.

Jonathan Cheung is the owner of the Westmount cookbook bookstore Appetite for Books, where he also teaches cooking classes for aspiring chefs. He developed his love for food at a very young age. He eventually studied at the Culinary Arts program at Vancouver Community College and spent time in Hong Kong working in his family's restaurabts learning about cuisine from around the world.
