Next Twitter Challenge on Tuesday December 18th

We hope you've been enjoying Seusstivus brought to you by Canada Writes and some of our beloved Canadian children's authors. Now it's your turn to get in on the action with our Grinchily addictive Twitter challenge.

We won't be revealing the exact theme of the challenge until Tuesday morning, but we can tell you that it will have something to do with the holidays, so get out the eggnog and put on your thinking caps.

We're partnering with the great folks at Canadian Society of Children's Authors, Illustrators, and Performers (CANSCAIP) all day on Tuesday. CANSCAIP members will be reading your Tweets and interacting with you throughout the challenge.

The celebrity judge: Who has the Seusstivus spirit and the literary chops to judge such a fantabulous nation-wide challenge? This year's Grinch, Wiretap's Jonathan Goldstein, that's who! Read our Q&A with Jonathan to find out more about what he's looking for in this challenge.

The grand prize: an iPod Touch! And we'll be giving away amazing books by Canadian Children's authors throughout the day.
Stay tuned right here at Canada Writes, through our Facebook page or our Twitter feed (@cbcbooks) for more details. We can't wait to see what the future has in store!

And don't forget, this Christmas Day, CBC Radio is adding a Seussian spin to their holiday programming: a CBC/McGill production of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!" with WireTap's Jonathan Goldstein.
