Autobiography Challenge

My Favourite Socks and Me
By Anita Rau Badami

"You won't be able to eat anything after you've read this amazing book. Anita's descriptions of everything—and I mean every damn thing she can recall from her fifty years on this planet—will fill your body and soul. I gulped it in one sitting and was sick afterwards."

Anita's real bio: Anita Rau Badami is the author of the bestseller Tamarind Mem. Her second novel, The Hero's Walk, won the Regional Commonwealth Writers' Prize, was named a Washington Post "Best Book," and was longlisted for the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and the Orange Prize for Fiction. Her latest novel is Tell It to the Trees
